During my time here I received almost no correspondents from the staff. Whenever I put in a maintenance request it was a surprise when they would show up and I almost never got a reply about leasing office requests.

I like the location and the staff and maintenance personal are nice and easy to communicate with. What needs attention are several areas. The pool area lounge chairs pads are very stained and many with huge rips. The hallways are looking like the projects and are disgusting and by the looks have probably not been touched except for sweeping since the place was built, it really makes the place look bad. The pool itself has huge cracks throughout amd many of the tiles have been falling off into the water. Just the facts!

Disappointed that outside furniture is in shambles and that the facility does the bare minimal to maintain property. Especially since we share the charges for CAM costs.
