First the apartment we were told we would get got switched to another. Then we were told we would get a washer and dryer but we have yet to. I had to go to the office 3 times to finally get a fire extinguisher and valet trash can. Worse yet, after several requests where it only worked right briefly our heat and air conditioner really doesn't. Thankfully the apartment is cheap and the staff are nice. Just praying things will improve.

The area is great, our amenities are very small for the size of the property and there are incredibly loud neighbors with vehicles reving after midnight but it is what it is. The quality of appliances is poor, the renovated bathroom has a fully painted tub that has started to bubble and peel already. All staff I have interacted with have been courteous and straightforward.

I have been fortunate to have really good neighbors. Any maintenance issue I have had has been easy to address. But there have been a lot of problems related to old property. A lot of police and emergency responses for the other buildings. Rent is low for a reason.
