I have lived here five years. I love is. My only negative is the HVAC IS OLD (1986), insalation is poor and windows are single pane. That said expect high electric bills. The positive…it is quiet, the neighbors are fabulous, i love this place i just wantbit renovated. I will not move until they make me.

Everything about this complex is old. Things fail frequently. Poorly insulated, so its expensive to both heat and cool. Having said that, can't beat the location and the folks that live here. Its quiet, people mind their own business but are super friendly, and the staff is super easy to work with. Feels very Austin.

Living in The Springs is like going back in time. It is a wonderful place to live - peaceful, quiet and a small community tucked away in North Austin. The property is a little older than other apartment communities, which only adds to its attraction, The insides of the apartments are spacious and rennovated.
