Management is great and very helpful, and the gym is great. The package management system is also exceptional. Amenities are great, but can get crowded. The building itself has rough edges. Walls are thin, so noise travels easily. There's often paint/construction dust near the baseboards so you'll have to clean when you move in. The carpet is also thin and made of a short, cheap thread. The appliances are not the newest either.
