Amentatities are very bad if they work, staff is okay, noise js a huge issue and appliances are very cheap so utility bills are higher

The staff here are great! The current manager and family are very nice too. He is setting up activities to do like bringing in food trucks, gardening and art activities. He is working very hard at this. The work orders for Maintenace have improved under this management also and they are guys are smart and get the job done.

I have not been living here for long but the administration made some mistakes that costed me a lot of money, and the management did not make responsible for it. One of the buildings has structural problems, and the doors are difficult to open and close, with the walls separating from the floors. Pool times are not respected, so there is that. I know that the quality price situation is not bad, but still, no cameras that work on common spaces. With that being said, the lady that cleans the common areas is very nice, and probably the best part of the experience living here.

I give these apartments a ten, i say a ten because it feels like home as soon as you walk in, the amenties are amazing, i enjoy waking up and getting great tasting coffee from down stairs, the balcony view is to die for. My son he loves it
