TLDR; price, location, and management are awesome here. Lived here since March-ish 2025. I actually found the place on accident while I was looking for what turned out to be an out of date and misaddressed listing for a duplex. The GPS took me right to the middle of The Brook. I had been looking for a place for several months and I went into the leasing office and got the info, and they showed me an apartment immediately (they have show units). The price was crazy good, the location is soooo good, walking distance to good SOCO spots and such, it is recessed off of 35 enough that you can't hear the highway. I have loved it here. the neighbors have been very nice, and the place is kept clean. The pool is cleaned often, as well as the laundry room. I never have to wait when I do my laundry, as the laundry room is huge. The management has been great, as well as the maintenance turnaround. I feel like management is usually a make or break for apartments, but the management here has really been great.
