What title for this?

I think i’m here for 5 years now and kind of quiet for a good location. Like staff and some residents nearby. Wish more windows to give inside more light and fresh air. Time for kitchen and bath makeovers.

Excellent Place to Call Home

I have lived at The Brodie for almost 3 years now. I absolutely love it, and the staff are so welcoming. I had a flood in my apartment, and the guys who came out made sure everything was dried out thoroughly. It was a slight inconvenience since I work remote, but they let me set up in in the leasing office until everything was dried and repaired. I just renewed my lease for another 18 months and I look forward to calling this place home.

Very nice staff, great amenities

I've lived here for two years and I do not ever want to move out. I love it here so much. The neighborhood is great, I love my apartment because is bright and clean, the staff is so friendly and helpful, and all the amenities are five stars. They tend to work orders on a timely manner and are always fixing things around to make the place look even nicer. I love it here.

Nice place that they are making improvements to.

I have lived here for three years. The new management is bringing the property up to speed with improvements and repairing older structural items. The biggest issue is that ever year there has been a rent increase. Comparing other apartments to this property looks like I can get a nicer place for comparable rent price.
