Why Renters Love It Here
Terrace cove
Excelente location but bad maintenance
Bueno ??
Lugar cómodo para vivir!! sin molestia alguna
Has its issues
Let me start by saying i Needed to find an apartment quickly, and I found Terrace Cove Apartments, and moved in November. At first things were decent, except for the parking, but I digress. From the time I moved into the apartment the gym has been closed, no big deal.. 1 month after move-in the laundry facility was down, and still continues to be down. Before Christmas they did a system update, fine. January 3rd rolls around, and residents have received no update or notice for when online payments will be up. After calling, we’re asked to provide money orders, okay cool. When rent was paid in office via money order, I received email notification stating I still owed for the month prior….. how? greatfully no late fees were assessed for the month of December. However, I believe that was used as damage control for many residents (including myself) being without water for 4 days during the Christmas holiday. In addition, parking is horrendous. If you leave the apartment anytime after like 7-8pm, good luck finding a spot near your apartment lol. Luckily I mainly Work from home so it doesn’t Bother me… most days lol I will Say that for the price, you will have a space that is yours, neighbors won’t bother you, and the interactions I’ve had with individuals who live here has been really positive. I have been at this apartment for a span of 3 months, and at this point, I’ve contemplated giving 60 day notice several time, because of the minor issues that have started to build and fester into bigger issues. However if you are willing to let certain things slide.. this place isn’t bad. But for me, this is Only a stepping stone… NOT my forever home.
Love the apartment
Like the location parking isn’t so great other then that nothing really much to say right now
Parking sucks
I have never had an issue living here, but the parking sucks!! You literally have to get home before 4 PM to get a parking in front of your building. There are many cars that stay parked in visitors that don’t get moved at all!! so when you have a guest visiting be prepared to park outside the property. I honestly think the parking spot in front of the stairs needs to be completely blocked out.. I have seen new residents moving in struggle to get their furniture in because company vehicles( big diesel trucks) park right in front of the stairs and no one can get by. I saw from my understanding on the lease. Your vehicles have to be current on registration. But if you drive around the property, there are vehicles with expired registration ,flat tires and even ones that don’t get moved at all. Towing has not been in for a while. If there was a sign parking, I would definitely renew my lease, but I will be leaving because I hate having to park 2-3 buildings away and walk with all my groceries then can’t even get by to get by cause some vehicles be parked in correctly. It’s just completely very frustrating but overall everything has been good. Just a parking sucks.
