bad listening skills
Having to ask multiple times to get my air conditioning repaired over a long hot summer. They don't listen to the fact that it worked intermittantly. So when they came, it was working. The office staff did not listen when I tried to explain problems. It took 5 months to get it repaired.

TOO SOON TO RATE NEW COMPANY
Recent Company took over, all new staff, too soon to rate or write a review. One thins, the new staff are kind of confused and overwhelmed with work left behind by previously owned company, MAA.
