Old South Austin Apartments is truly an incredible value: clean and well maintained in a tier 1, prime location with very active and responsive property management at a really great price. Again, it bears repeating, truly an incredible value.

I've live here for about 4 years now and am only leaving to move in with my partner. The units are very small, but if you're a solo person wanting to be close to everything in town, this is a wonderful spot. The community is small which means it's easy to build casual relationships and feel safe recognizing those who you live amongst. I really have enjoyed my time here.

I stayed here for one year and it was very comfortable. Never had any issues with maintenance and Maureen, the manager, is very helpful and prompt. Below are the pros and cons: Pros: - Sleek black marble-like countertops - Mine has with a nice standing shower room and good shower head - A/C prevailed against the blazing hot summer - Hardwood floor - Google Fiber is one of the internet provider options - Nice outdoor amenities such as pool and small park for pets - Great value - Maintenance team is very prompt and reactive - Community laundry facility - Great location, close to downtown south Austin Cons: - Slightly small interior
