We have moved here in Sep'2023 and so far liking the apartment and the amenities. The staff is helpful. Thr maintenance staff is also very helpful and prompt in their services.

I've lived here for 1-1/2 years. DK Riata is a really clean, quite, very nice place to live with great amenities. If there is ever a problem the maintenance staff is there within hours and the issue is resolved very quickly. I would recommend to anyone looking to relocate.
