Good but could be better

Riata is a great location, property, with incredible amenities. But it is ruined by a lack of enough staff to take care of the property. Trash is everywhere. Grills don't work 80% of the time. Office never picks up when I call. 50% of maintenance calls get ignored or forgotten

Calm Place

This place is far from the noisy big city life experience. Here the area is very calm and safe. The amenities are better than any other place you have seen in Austin. Big fitness center, multiple pools and perfect place to go for a walk.

Security issues due to recent break-ins

I am little worried about security due to recent beak in the property .It is time extend CC cemaras to most of the places in each village .

Nice Place to Live

I have lived here for about 1 year and a half now. The staff here are extremely nice! The area is good with lots of options for walking, running, biking, etc. For the most part, the amenities are great, when everything is in working order. There have been a few occasions when things were not operational, but overall I give an 8 out of 10. The activities/events that are planned for the residents are absolutely amazing. Our coordinator for these events Jordan is so creative and has the most positive energy! The only two negatives that I would have to list would be the grounds, including garbage pickup and issues with our parcel rooms. if the grounds are maintained more and we can address issues with the parcel room, I would gladly recommend Riata Apartments for sure.
