I’m happy with my apartment—the location, the pools, and the dog parks. It would be great if there were a dog-cleaning area, or at least a hose.

Retreat's a kind of apartment location that you choose first for the location, 2nd for the amenities and 3rd for the price. Im happy enough to rent here because of the access to the highway and ease of finding food. There's something to be desired of access to the "3rd space" that the beautiful community center could be used for, but the office doesn't allow access at more reasonable times, like on Sundays or after 6 pm. It's good enough for me, for now!

We were surprised to find out how long some of the residents had lived at The Retreat when we first moved in, but then the years went by and many of those folks became friends and we saw why it was such a great place to live.
