The parking lot is easily the biggest gripe I have from the uneven ground which effects the spots by any tree to the uneven lanes where I never know if I can fit into a spot, then there are no visitor parking spots on the down side and even if there were theyd be taken instantly plus we have these towing rules that are never enforced and I've never seen a car taken even though i see cars violating these rules every night. That's just the parking lot. I have horribly build cabinets and have resorted to fixing the hinges myself and the wood floor has been stained since before I ever moved I noted it on my move in sheet and still nothing. I have people walking essentially under my window talkin as loud as possible if not fighting and on top of that theres a guy that just blasts his music and I work at night and no one does anything. This place is a wreck and i dont see it being fixed anytime soon and cannot wait for my lease to end

My biggest issues are visitor parking. It totally stinks AND the fact that the gate near bldg 27 is constantly broken and sounding off.... Can you just leave the gates open M-F 7a-6p? It would be less wear and tear on it and repairs might last longer. My old complex used to do that and the gates were in much better working order for it.

The pool for one. The fire pit is a nice touch but closing off the pool area at 10 had always been a pity. One dog park for the the entire complex. Only one leasing agent that is worth his salt.
