3waller has been my home for about a year now, although costs are significantly lower just a half mile east. I would pay every extra penny for the walkability that this property has. New appliances, and decent amenities (killer rooftop & lounge areas) paired with extremely helpful/friendly staff. My only critique would be the reliability & punctuality of maintenance, and the monthly 3am fire alarm. A total gem of an apartment in downtown atx, as long as you like to be cozy.
