We are 10 ye residents, and for the first time since Stacey Kelly left as manager of this property, we are happy to stay another year. We were not sure what we were going to do but after meeting Management/maintence teams we were pleasently pleased. Everyone is very ftiendly. Kind, helpful and just an overall joy. Looking foward to seeing what magic you do around here.

As a long term resident of this property, I have now witnessed four different management teams. The first 11 years here, under Stacey Kelly were very enjoyable, as there was never a question of maintaining the property in a professional and effective manner. After her departure things went downhill fast and this was apparent to all the residents. However, with the change of ownership and the arrival of Emily, Charlie and Junior, there is a very different attitude as opposed to the prior ownership. Every interaction I’ve had, primarily with Charlie, but Emily and Junior as well, has been very professional, friendly and effective. It is readily apparent that they are serious about regabilitating the property and giving the tenants the value that they pay for. This is greatly appreciated by not only myself but to other long term residents with whom I’ve spoken. This property is ideally located with respect to keeping you in close proximity to those aspects of Austin we all enjoy, and at the same time, away fror those aspects we wished didn’t exist. It is again a pleasant experience to live her and I attribute that to the new management team.
