Above & Beyond

I had submitted previously requests regarding a grinding sound coming from the compressor region of my refrigerator. The 2nd to last time the work order was marked completed. Clearly, it was not. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the work order I submitted yesterday was addressed today! Chris was on the scene & took a diagnostic approach. He pulled out the fridge & shop-vacc'd out all the dust & debris. As soon as he pushed the fridge back into the place, he heard the GRINDING NOISE! He knew exactly what it was & it wasn't good. Chris assured me he would report this to management immediately. He is a thoughtful & valuable asset to the Mueller Flats community.

My Hero

While the entire staff is awesome, very polite, empathetic, and always greets tenants courteously and with a smile, I want to give a special shout-out to Chris, the maintenance guy. When he comes to do repairs of any kind, he's very courteous and polite. Chris explains everything he's doing as he goes, saying he just wants to keep me in the loop. I really appreciate that. As far as I can see, Chris loves his job, and it shows in his work.

Pretty good

The property is for from perfect which is usually the case for an older complex.The staff is here amazing especially Shelby and Hunter. The maintenance team is pretty responsive. Overall good value for the money.
