Active war zone

Dude, I work remotely and the outdoor noise is constant. I realize it's maintenance, but there's not one day where someone isn't mowing, trimming, or trimming. It past 7:00 PM and there's a guy with a leaf blower right now. Literally right now. I'm in my home on the third floor, wearing military grade noise cancelling headphones and I can still hear it. The lawn is fine! Cheese & rice!
