I like the park area, and having amenities available. Staff are friendly, neighbors are not noisy and they keep their pets under control, particularly the giraffe. The apartments are modern and landscaping and upkeep is done well.

Quality living spaces, with decent walls. Maintenance is always very responsive on getting problems fixed. Everyone in the front office has been very helpful throughout

Property is in a great location, very comfortable, quiet neighborhood. Staff is friendly, generally very helpful but limited on what they can actually get done. Our unit was not move-in ready when we signed our lease last year, and we've had to put multiple maintenance requests in every week for months to try and bring it up to what I'd consider acceptable. HVAC system was full of mold, is now growing mold again, signs of water damage on some walls, tons of dirt left behind by previous tenant. Really could use a refresh.

So far, I have had a great experience. There are a few maintenance things that need repair, but the maintenance crew is so good that I am not worried about things getting done.

Marquis at Ladera Vista is the best place to live in the Austin area from the management staff to the maintenance crew. Shopping area around is very convenant. The apartment is very tranquil and feels like home.
