I love living here. I've been here a few months, and the location is great. You're close to everything but you still feel tucked away. There's lots of green all around, a nice walking path, decent sized dog park, and I like that it's a smaller complex.

After moving back to Austin after being in California for over 30 years, I was hoping to find a community that would feel like "home"... and I did. I love the Ladera Vista community - for the trees, the neighbors, the pool and so much more! This truly feels like my own little home but with all the benefits of being in a community.

I moved to Marquis at Ladera Vista 7 years ago . I had quickly sold my house and needed a place to move. My son already lived in the complex and loved it. I had planned on a year lease and then buying a smaller home. However, I fell in love with the complex and location. I am a walker and there are plenty of places to enjoy nature here. The complex is also conveniently located in the Great Hills neighborhood and close to either the Domain or Arboretum for shopping! Last, but not least ,are the terrific leasing office people! The manager Allison is truly a gift to the complex and has always helped me quickly with any issues that have arisen, (especially during the dreadful ice storm ). Maintenance is always a concern when you live in an apartment community .However here we have always had very trustworthy and prompt service with our maintenance team. In all I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place to truly call a home!
