I've been here a year and I'm incredibly impressed with the front office and maintenance staff. They're kind and quick to respond! I've never had maintenance requests completed so quickly at other places I've lived. I love my apartment, the amenities, and I feel very safe. Thanks Marquis at Barton Trails team!

Prior to moving here almost a year ago, I toured over 40 places before making my decision. I’ve lived in Austin for a while now and typically move every couple of years and I’m so pleased with my apartment here! The location, size of my apartment, and rent are all so affordable And worth the space by far. I’m so happy with the square footage and size of my apartment for my rent and I also have no issue with noise outside of the apartment or between my neighbors. The only thing I wish I could change is some of the appliances such as my kitchen sink or The amount of outlets my apartment has, but I can make do with what I have.

Lived here for a couple years now. Front desk staff has gotten less helpful and less nice over the years, but maintenance is great and the property is nice. The pools are great, the weight room is fine but could use some additional basic equipment (e.g. a pull up bar and benches that don't tip over), and the basketball court and grills have been closed indefinitely. Great location in Sunset Valley and some paths within walking distance, which is very convenient. Would absolutely recommend if you can get rent prices during off-season, but probably not worth the cost of signing a lease during expensive summer months.
