Decent place to live, could use some Improvements

My experience living here has been okay. The grounds are pretty and most of the staff is friendly, my apartment itself is beautiful. However for the steep prive they charge for rent, they reallt should make some improvembts so people feel they are getting more value. For one, they should definitely have a trash consierge or pick-up provess. Living on the highest floor wirh a child its beey diffiyclt to take the trash all the way up and down and to the dump, and then they even charge an obsene amount if they catch you leavung a bag of trash outside your apartment. Trash pickup should definitely be included in the price! Also the pool should be heated in the winter months so its usable, otherwise youre paying for the pool but it isnt even usable for over half of the year. They should also not charge so much for late fees, ive never had a place charge so much
