Sandy and Justin worked hard to make living here a great experience! The property is gorgeous, one of the few walkable neighborhoods so close to downtown Austin, 10m to HEB, walking distance to Barton Springs (under 2 miles) close to Zilker, great neighbors. The buildings themselves are a little old, but maintenance is very responsive.
