Old and minimal effort

I have lived in this development for years. It's one positive is its great location, its easy to get downtown and most anywhere in a few minutes. The buildings and landscape are barely taken care of despite the efforts of the maintenance staff. MAA the development owner invests so little in up keep or proper maintenance. Heat often goes out for several days, and garbage is left littered throughout the site. Not a good place.
