There are over 20 cars that are abandoned in the parking lot for significant amount of time. There is construction right at the entrance of the complex. Maintenance men are great at fixing things at speed.

This complex is very low key. Not a lot of noise, easy parking, in unit laundry, nice high-quality finishes, awesome floor plans. The complex has very nice and ample green areas and grassy areas to enjoy. The Dog park is huge as well. 2 pools are so nice, so they are never crowded. The vibe is very chill and relaxed. The tenants are more families, and older long-term tenants verse young kids.

Great location, apartments are very outdated and the maintenance is very poor. Always having trouble with AC. They are much more expensive than the apartments around the area. They might have had their prime but that was a couple of decades ago.
