Doesn't feel like home anymore

Sorry to share this but.... I Iived here for 2 years. I recommended this complex to my friends. Four families moved here. The maintenance team is excellent and friendly. They changed the management team a couple of months ago. The Management doesn't treat us like customers anymore. But we are good customers, we pay rent, not fault-finding. We are all leaving this community soon because of the new management style.

Excellent Maintenance

I have lived here for 4 years and love it. Any time I have a maintenance issue they fix it the same day. The office staff is always professional and helpful and there is free coffee. I love the view of downtown, and some of my neighbors face trees instead, also nice! Package lockers are convenient as well.

At Gables, we feel your pets are members of our extended family so we strive to make them feel right at home. Not only is our community pet-centric, but we’ve developed Gables Paws to Care™ program to celebrate your pet while also giving back to the pet community! Come visit us at the leasing office for special treats for your furry friend to learn more about our great program. Gables Park Plaza welcomes cats and dogs. There is a pet fee of $300 for one, and $400 for two, a deposit of $200 for one, and $250 for two, and pet rent of $20. We do have breed restrictions, and invite you to contact our leasing office to learn more!
