I've had a great experience so far. I have not had any issues with the apartment itself, I like the renovated floors and appliances and the sign-up process was simple and smooth. There are promised laundry units in the apartment that does not work and a fitness center would make it excellent. Other than that, I like the location and aparment.

Notice how old all these "positive" reviews are. Parking lot has giant potholes, stoves and refrigerators are ancient and grimy and only work some of the time, plumbing is noisy and constantly leaks, Brand new! washers and dryers in laundry room have not been operational in over a year, and IF maintenance responds to any requests, they are clueless about how to repair anything.

Overall, good value, great location. I love that its mostly very quiet. Neighborhood is pretty safe. It's not elegant but its decent. The neighbors are nice and trustworthy. Parking is usually not a problem but falling back into the street once in a while isn't usually a problem. Staff is nice but they aren't on site so sometimes hard to reach. I've been happy for the most part.
