Quiet/Family Apartment
Been living here for 6 months, rarely will see people outside of the pool/gym area. Most are quiet and keep to themselves. Older crowd if you're looking for a great value in a 2016 built apartment
Not helpful with most issues
Management staff has been egregious in terms of helping with issues pertaining to the apartment and does not attempt to help in a timely manner.
Great Place, Super Unorganized Management
I'm a new resident here and so far have been loving it! The location is incredible, the amenities are pretty great, and I love my apartment (great space, updated appliances, etc.). The only issue I have is with management. They're friendly but extremely unorganized which has been making my onboarding a disaster. I'm still trying to get fully "onboarded" and it's been months. Granted, they did just get new management (again?) and have updated all their systems because of it, but it's been beyond stressful when seemingly no one is communicating with each other internally, and then as the tenant, I get blamed or penalized for it (i.e. getting charged late fees for not paying a utility bill but was not setup in their system so I couldn't if I wanted to or even knew about it?). We're working through resolving these issues but not a great start!
