Amazing space for the money and location!

We love our East Side station Apartment. We've lived in a 1 bed for 2 years and are just about to renew for a 3rd! The location and price for the space is unmatched and offers everything we need! We've never really had any complaints, management and maintenance are always helpful and timely. The general maintenance for the pool area and hallways could be better, but that's us being picky! Would 100% recommend!!

Starting to fall apart

I have lived here for 2 years. Apartment is in great location but new management needs to spend time upkeeping the facilities and complex. The hallways have not been cleaned since new management took over. Trash is piling up in stairwells and hallways and they need to be power washed. The gym needs regular attention ie there will be no disinfectant wipes (indicating nothing has been cleaned) for months. If I move out it will be because the apartment complex itself has become so gross. Just clean the hallways and stairwells

Very Pleasant.

It has been pleasant living here. At times it can be loud, and the doors seem to be always broken. The staff is very friendly and will fix anything in a timely manner. Overall a good experience.

Eastside Station Living

I've lived here for about 2 years, and have mostly enjoyed it. Really great location, close to the E 6th bars and restaurants and less than 10 min from downtown. The community and amentities are good - the pool is great and the gym is the best one for its value in this area. The people here are a little rowdy at times (noise and leaving trash in the elevators/breaking things) but friendly. Staff is responsive and helpful. My only complaint is that there's always something broken that stays broken for months at times. Ex: the internet in some communal places will go out for months on end/door handles being broken.
