The Cliffs has been amazing! Everyone I've met so far has been very friendly, it feels like a very comfortable place to live. The staff here is very attentive and clearly cares about the community, they are quick to respond and set up fun events all the time. 5 stars!!!

There's definitely room for improvement in cleaning the walkways, but overall, it's a lovely place to stay. It could be even better with more events and improved parking management. Overall, a pretty good spot!

Other than some parking difficulties, the complex is great. Staff are great. The views are insanely amazing. Theres a trail and mini dog park. Great gym and pool with a direct view of downtown Austin. Love my 2/2, theres two balconys on a lot of the units wigh storage closets. You also have the option to pay extra to get a garage or a covered parking spot, which would alleviate the parking issues I’m currently having (but I can’t afford it.)
