Been living here a year and this complex has more good than bad attributes. Pros: Amenities (gym, pool, co-working space) are well maintained Maintenance (only had a few issues arise) and they’ve been handled promptly Safety (I’ve never heard about or seen any busted car windows) Cons: parking (if you get home past 7 pm on week nights, most easily accessible spots close to your building will likely be full. That leaves you having to park in spots that are hard to park in due to limited space or outside of the gates far away from your building. I think parking lot could have been better planned out when this complex was built.
