Good and Not so good
Very pleasant environment, super nice neighbors and great amenities. The absence of a campus “alchemist” was a big setback as that person was extremely helpful to new residents, organized events and volunteer opportunities. Also have concerns about msintenance of the buildings both outside and on the property. Issues of grounds improvement need to be addressed( dead plants etc. trash is also an issue.
