Quiet Living
I think the property is quiet and clean.
Love my apartment
Overall I am happy living here. The staff is always helpful. There could be a good deal more attention to the appearance of the hallway carpets and apartment doors, and the window exteriors need cleaning. The biggest negative are the obvious signs of criminal activity in the neighborhood.

I am a first time renter, and I am so happy I found this place within my budget. I love it here!
I love the unit and where I live. Leasing staff is friendly.
I love my unit, and leasing staff is friendly. Neighbors for the most part are nice. It is afforable living, so some neighbors are not as friendly. My upstairs neighbor hosts parties at least three times a week and abuses someone in that unit everyday. Im talking body slamming and gut wrenching screams. No I am not exaggerating. My dryer hasnt worked for three weeks. Submitted a maintenance request 06/20/23 and it is 07/06/23. I have not received any notice of when it might be fixed and I am paying extra monthly to have my washer/ dryer in unit. Aside from those couple of grievances I do enjoy living here. The price and location are great. I enjoy talking to neighbors by the pool. Since the change in management last month I think the new management has things more together. If you need anything done around it takes awhile. Overall I’d give living here 3.5 stars.
