I love the front office staff and maintenance is very good as well. The neighborhood is a little iffy at night but the worst thing is the noise. The floor and ceilings are paper thin and if you have a heavy footed neighbor upstairs (which I do) this can make it hard to stay asleep, especially if they have are night owls who leave their dogs and children unattended.

Overall I am happy living here. The staff is always helpful. There could be a good deal more attention to the appearance of the hallway carpets and apartment doors, and the window exteriors need cleaning. The biggest negative are the obvious signs of criminal activity in the neighborhood.
