Cons: - every other week the pool is shutdown due to someone breaking glass in or near it - internet is provided by complex so no upgrade option, you're stuck with provided speeds - constant parties where loud music is played until early morning hours past midnight (**depends on building**, unfortunately my building has that. [bulding 10]) - no elevator for carrying heavy objects to 3rd floor Pros: - great staff, professional and helpful whenever you reach out about something - gym is always clean, open 24/7, equipment is always in working condition and neat - trash valet system is convenient - close to walmart and HEB for grocery shopping needs
