Bridge At Midtown Commons

Bridge at midtown commons is a convient if sometimes noisey place to live. Traffic and speeding cars can be loud from phase 1 building, however there are many convient local shops and eateries in the area within walking distance that makes up for it. Crestview rail station acts as a fantastic low cost bridge to downtown austin and is possible the best selling point to anyone wanting to move in. The garage and package centers have remained secure but interor corordors and mag locks should be checked up on as homless do seem to find there way into the stairwells on more than one occasion. Ameninties like the pools have been amazing during the summer and the nieghbors are friendly and share the space well. I would give brige at midtown commons a 7.5 /10

There has been a lot of repairs to the property, but not happening fast enough. All the electronic doors to the building are broken (garage, entrance to the buildings or side of the buildings), elevators are always breaking down.

I’ve lived at this property since late 2022 and once the new management company took over in 2025 things have gone downhill. They don't do anything about trash sitting in hallways outside of pickup hours and the security system that’s supposed to be at all doors has not been working for at least 6 months. Any time you try to bring this up, they either take forever to respond to emails, they don’t answer the phone, or they tell you they’ve known about these issues and have not notified residents and are not in any sort of hurry to fix things. Before all of these issues, I referred my sister to live here and her unit had mold in the dishwasher, bug issues, and just generally looked like her unit had not been walked through. This will likely be my last year living here simply as a result of poor management.

They forced us to review before paying rent

This place has only gotten worse over the last 5 years. Car broken into 3 times. Cant leave packages on the door step or they get stolen. Windows fogged up blocking views. Security gates dont work for last 5 years. Leasing office redone before real issues around the comllex fixed. Hallways constantly filthy even after cleanings they dont get all the dirt, hair, and cobwebs. Elevators constantly out of order. No noticeable difference in “upgraded” leasing office. Removed work out and yoga room that was frequented by residents. Replacing with community office space still not abailable almost a year later. Got $5 says the work space wont be utilized as much as yoga and work out room. Just out of touch with real needs of residents.

I love the location, the neighborhood. The neighbors are pretty respectful. The staff is extremely professional. The only issues is broken gates, trash blowing on the ground and into the parking garage. It seems that managment is constantly keeping up on eveything else to make you want to come home everyday.
