Manoj was great to work with from the start, he was one of the main reasons we moved in. Very personable, says hi around the complex and always makes time to have a quick chat and also make sure everything is going okay. We love living here!

I have lived at the Bell for 3 years, and with new staffing changes, it has greatly improved from when I moved in. The grounds are cleaner, staff more attentive, and they have added security. Relative to other apartments, its a decent value.
