I have never had a problem here, I also love it because it's walking distance to grocery and shopping. I have been here for 4 years and enjoy the people, staff, and maintenance, it's quiet and clean. The Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about any concerns you may have. Maintenance is quick to fix any problems you have. The people here are friendly and helpful. I would recommend Bell Four Point to my family and friends.
