I love living at Aria Grand! Great location!

I have lived here going on 3 years and the property is disgusting there is dog urine and feces everywhere. There is always trash on the stairs and hallways. There is no designated person to keep the property clean. The office manager has zero understanding and lacks empathy about personal hardships and threatens with eviction often. When I moved in I was told no dogs allowed but everyone has dogs. Claudia the community assistant does very well with the kids and activities and thats the best thing about the apartments.

This place has a great location and the property is nice. Unfortunately there is no one to daily check on the elevators and trash. Parking tends to be an issue especially since there is no visitor parking. Management is probably the worst that I have ever experienced. The regional manager was amazing. Since then in the past two years they have had approximately four different managers all coming down with new ideas but nothing really changes.
