Great complex with great location

I've lived at Agrosy for the past 2 years and I've had a wonderful experience. The location is great and the actual apartments themselves are nice. I love that most of the complexes have an in-unit washer and dryer. The only downside is that the on-site gym is a little on the smaller side. Otherwise, I've had a great experience here.

I’ve never had an apartment staff care, whether it’s maintenance or questions about the pool, or rent… not question is ‘above’ them and they really do listen. They are great.

Great location, Old construction problematic

I *would* recommend the complex based on location, safety, property upkeep, dense tree cover and garden-style apartment access. Management staff is friendly but spread too thin for the limited hours available. I would *not* recommend it based on awkward floorplan layouts, lack of amenities, ancient & dysfunctional plumbing, poor construction of cabinetry, fixtures, electrical. Most of all, I can't recommend it based on heating/cooling conditions. Apartments are not properly sealed or insulated, allowing in moisture and allergens (a big deal with all the trees around) and worst of all, making it difficult to maintain a cool apartment in high temperatures throughout most of the year. Despite new A/C units, air ventilation is so poor throughout the apartments that A/C doesn't distribute quickly or evenly throughout the units, leaving the air stagnate and unable to maintain air temperature and quality.
