Communication & Transparency

After overcoming obstacles around initial move in I have been optimistic about ongoing experience(s) however I struggle with office staff effectively communicating as I am learning more about the lack of transparency. Although apartments are affordable compared to surrounding area, the miscellaneous charges that cant be explained, updates to community room reservation/fees associated not mentioned until inquiry around what was incorrectly communicated, & lack of accountability on the many things inaccurately conveyed prior to move in. The space is staged well for potential resident viewing(s) however its only available to rent during business hours yet its a $250 fee plus $500 incidental deposit with no access on Sundays hence office hours limitations. I also disagree with paying more for supposed wood view when in reality I am by the dog park which one can only imagine as my bedroom and patio face the trail to park which most tenants just allow their pets to do their business on the side of building without picking up; so imagine that as well; only imagine smell as warmer temps arise to point I would like to ideally look into transfer to different unit but was only informed of cost/criteria vs being heard out as to why I would want to move after being in unit since Nov. I don't feel I should have to contact corporate for every little thing so plenty I look over however I was basically told per previous outreach I am outcast when I honestly never communicated anything false or negative to RM and have not been unreasonable in expectation; reciprocal/professional exchange. The property entrance/exit is tight, most don't adhere to a safe speed but management said little can be done in that regard when I mentioned almost being ran over walking to mailbox. This property can stand for some minor tweaks in regards to amenity access, safety speed bumps for kids walking to/from bus stop especially, violations for pet waste but office staff communication is #1 & transparency

The community is located in a noise free area which is good. Office staff need to be quicker and more proactive with issues but the maintenance staff are always very prompt in responding.

My experience living here has had its up and downs no doubt but the leasing staff have always given 100% of their time and concerns since I transferred to a different apt on this property it has been very nice indeed this a very nice and clean property and the maintenance staff are amazing and the amenities are quite nice as well
