I've lived in the Sau Paulo I apartments for a little under a year, and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Benefits: Location is spectacular with close proximity to mopac, downtown, lamar, and the charming residential neighborhood of clarksville as its backdrop. Staff is friendly and attentive. Negatives: Building is somewhat outdated. No in residence washer/dryer units.
