Cats allowed.Dogs allowed.Pet Policy At Rush Creek Rush Creek is a pet-friendly community and welcomes both cats and dogs, with a limit of [CONFIRM: pet limit per home] pets per home. We ask every resident to complete our screening process and to review the fees, breed restrictions, and assistance-animal terms below before applying, so there are no surprises at move-in. Questions about a specific animal are always welcome at the leasing office. Pet Screening For Everyone Every resident, pet owner or not, completes an Animal and Pet Screening Application through our screening partner, PetScreening. Each animal profile requires the animal's name, a photo, current vaccination records, and microchip information where applicable. Residents without pets simply complete a no-pet profile. Screening must be finished before move-in for every household. Pet Fees And Monthly Rent A non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet is due at move-in, and monthly pet rent of $25 per pet is added to your rent. Pet screening through PetScreening is required before move-in. These amounts are per pet, not per household, and appear alongside all other charges in the fee table on our FAQ page. Restricted Breeds The following breeds, and mixes of them, are restricted: Pit Bull breeds including the American Pit Bull Terrier and Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Akita, Mastiff and Bullmastiff breeds, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Chow Chow, Wolf Hybrid, Great Dane, Presa Canario, and Cane Corso. If you are unsure whether your dog falls within a restricted breed, contact the leasing office before you apply. Assistance Animals Assistance animals are not pets. They are reasonably accommodated for any lease holder or occupant and are exempt from pet fees, pet rent, breed restrictions, and PetScreening charges. Please direct any reasonable-accommodation request to the leasing office and our team will guide you through the process.
