Good place to live at. Main downside is when it snows the parking lot ices over and gets snowbanks blocking people in.

I've lived here quite awhile. Only issue is the really loud vehicles being so close to Bell Street and near the Skate Park. Other than that, Great place. Great new staff, the new maintenance workers do very well and the front desk ladies are super nice and the Manager of the property is a "go-getter", Can't go wrong with this place.
