It's can be noisy at times but never excessively. The staff are amazing and the design of the apartments allows for a disconnect feeling from the rest of society. Plus there's a Lotta cute cats running around

Overall a great place in a good location. Needs a few improvements in maintenance and the pricing is a little too high for what you’re getting. But compared to the rest of the apartments around similar area, it’s one of the nicer ones.
