Nice place for the money. Close to freeway and shopping.
I've lived here for just over a year. I moved because the previous place I was living wanted to raise my rent by 25%. I started looking around and found The Link. I basically have the same square footage but a much better layout for the same price I originally had. I lost a few amenities and perks from the move, but overall, I have been satisfied. I have not had to call on maintenance once since I have been here, although my unit was brand new when I moved in. The few interactions I have had with the staff has been pleasant. My one complaint would be that the noise from neighbors seems to come through even though it is just normal living behavior.

Over priced for condition is in
Areas in the building frequently smell of sewer gas because there are frequently leaks. The carpet has dog pee and other stains throughout the hallways and needs be replaced. The security is a joke, I am able to open 6 stair wells and several Fire suppression (for firemen) doors from outside the building without using a key fob or key and its been like this since I moved in 2 years ago. I have to rearrange many rooms to reduce the risk of personal property damage every time we have a deep freeze because at least 1 suppression pipe breaks and floods multiple apartments every time we have 2 or more full days of hard freezes and that happens several time per year. I could say much more but this is enough. I plan to move out soon and I will post this information and supporting video and pictures of everything I said at that point.
