I’ve had a good experience so far! It’s great to be outside of the city limits of Fort Worth and yet be close enough to be anywhere I need to go. I absolutely love looking out on the woods and listening to the birds in the morning. In the evening, the crickets sing their chorus, and I hear the owls hooting back and forth with one another. To have lived right downtown Fort Worth for four years, I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to be surrounded by nature each and every morning when I wake up! It brings me joy! And the nature trails overlooking the lake are phenomenal! The staff and maintenance have been accommodating, their hospitality pleasing, and the amenities are welcoming. I really enloy my new home! I wish there was better upkeep of the pool and cleanliness in the pool, bathrooms, trash being taken out regularly more amenities the halls being cleaned and the sidewalks from dog poop would love to see community gatherings, like wine events incentives for rent decrease
