Outstanding Service Manager

My reason for this review is to highly commend your Service Manager, Freddie Booher, at the Lexington Court Apartments. He has always been very prompt about fixing everything we’ve requested. Today (Sunday, Sept 20) went far above. My husband has recently had hip replacement due to cancer. This morning he tripped and fell. I couldn’t pick him up, no neighbors at home. I called Freddie and he came on his day off and helped me get him up and safely in his wheelchair. Thank you Freddie Booher!

Management & Maintenance

Management is helpful & friendly. Maintenance dept is the best. I needed my front door lock re-keyed. The next thing I know there was Jermaine C. & Freddie B. at my door changing it. From the time I requested it until the time it was actually finished was under 5 minutes. I am not exaggerating-under 5 minutes. It was nothing less than magic. I'm putting these guys in for a raise.
