I Love it so far . It took a while but everyone was helpful

Had roofers come months ago, had to get tires replace all office did was ask for pictures i had to change parking bc every week i had a nail/screw in my tire. Never got a burner for stoce cabinets are so old they wont shut, bathroom looks like a public bathroom weird toilet. But affordable and quite neighborhood

I like my neighbors and the quiet but i feel for as old as these apts r the rent is too high. The carport needs to be fixed. I dont like that a 43 year old tree was cut down because owner thought walk holding it up was ugly.

Parking is good and its really quiet good price could use some upgrades
