Consistency is key
I have been at the flats for almost 4 years. The building is well maintained and feels safe. The neighborhood can be a little iffy but the apartment buillding feels very secure. Maintance fills requests on a timely manner and reception staff is great. Love living here!
LOVE THE FLATS
I have lived here for two years - going on year three. I am in a corner unit with a roommate and rarely hear anyone. My dog loves it, very pet friendly place. The location is phenomenal. The front office is always helpful when I need anything. I've even had instances of mail going in the wrong apartment's mailbox and someone delivering it to my door! Very friendly people here. Maintenance is friendly and always quick to respond. I love the flats and will live here as long as my situation allows :)
Good but pricey
The flats at Taylor is an overall good apartment complex with a number of amenities. They have free coffee, a pool, and a gym that is capable of replacing a gym membership. The biggest draw is probably the Germantown neighborhood and various parks/restaurants around town. It's a little pricey, but that just comes with the neighborhood unfortunately.
