LOVE THE FLATS

I have lived here for two years - going on year three. I am in a corner unit with a roommate and rarely hear anyone. My dog loves it, very pet friendly place. The location is phenomenal. The front office is always helpful when I need anything. I've even had instances of mail going in the wrong apartment's mailbox and someone delivering it to my door! Very friendly people here. Maintenance is friendly and always quick to respond. I love the flats and will live here as long as my situation allows :)

Good but pricey

The flats at Taylor is an overall good apartment complex with a number of amenities. They have free coffee, a pool, and a gym that is capable of replacing a gym membership. The biggest draw is probably the Germantown neighborhood and various parks/restaurants around town. It's a little pricey, but that just comes with the neighborhood unfortunately.

I have loved living at Flats! The gym is awesome. Free parking and adequate street parking for visitors. The area is unbeatable in my opinion. Such a safe neighborhood feel. No issues with noise. I wish their studio apartments were set up differently or I would have stayed!

Ive lived at the flats for almost 3 years now and I recommend it to anyone I know who is moving to Nashville! The apartments are nice and spacious, the amenities are great and Germantown is the best place to live!
