I have lived here for close to a year. Have had several issues with the management. There have been 2 property landlords since I have lived in my unit. The neighbors are loud. The location is great as it is growing consistently. The unit itself is beautiful and very modern. Maintenance is great as far as fixing things in a timely matter. When I moved in the washer was leaking, and they replaced it within the first week.

Parking: The parking within the actual apartment complex is not enough capacity for the tenants. Their is 12 units (1-2+ bedroom units) and 9 parking spots. Many residents began parking in nonmakred areas as a solution to this problem. This was meet with a threat from the property manager that all vehicles parking in these areas will be towed. Utilities/Maintenance: My heat went out twice over the winter in the coldest weeks of the year. My water heater stopped working for two days. Huge oil stains in the parking lot that are “permanent/nothing they can do about it.” Grips gone from steps. Broken glass all around dumpsters. Longterm unfinished landscaping (finished now). Loose screws all over from improper cleanup post-construction. Current maintenance staff and the previous property manager were super nice. I wouldn’t be so picky with maintenance of the parking lot/landscaping projects/dumpster area if I wasnt being charged a monthly fee for “common area maintenance.” If I’m going to be explicitly charged a fee, I explicitly expect the common areas to be maintained. Anyone will have a problem with the parking situation or utilities being out of order on multiple occasions. If you dont mind your apartment complex common areas looking less than presentable, than you wont have a problem with the location. The actual apartments are very nice I must say. Great location. As the review is titled, these are points to improve on and can be improved on but there is no apparent momentum nor will there be in near future.

Will you love living there is love having barbecues there. It’s a big land so my kids can play lovely neighbors or close to a lot of places like Starbucks in the gym gas stations.
