Really Great Spot

Lovely apartments. I never hear my neighbors when Im in my own unit. Great space compared to other apartments I've seen. Tucked away on the edge of town (for now). Only complaint really is that for it being so new, the asphalt/pavement/driveways/walkways/parking lots are already such a mess. Parking will almost definitely become an issue once all of the units are finished, but has already become somewhat of an issue just due to the condition of the pavement. I do look forward to the full list of amenities being available, as I think that'll add a lot of fun things to do out here. So far, so good! I could definitely enjoy living here for years to come.

It's not getting better

Fitness center was suppose to be done in December of 2021 and is kind of done in mid April of 2022. Parking lot was closed off for a while because another apartment is being built. The roads and parking lot have a lot of high spots. There is no elevator in this apartment. The pets that are allowed in this apartment are trashing it. Knowing what I know now I would not have picked this apartment.

Its Okay, but not amazing for the price

The place has yet to be completed, many of the tenants are still waiting for repairs from when they moved in. The apartment complex has been rushed and many corners appeared to be cut. The fitness center and other amenities have yet to be completed, even though it was supposed to be done in December. Cost of the apartment does not match what you get!

New apartment

Everyone that works here has been amazing. Maintenance responds in a timely manner which is amazing considering supply shortages for things right now. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and property managers. Communication is good. Nice apartment for my daughter and I.

Noisy but nice

I enjoy living here, sometimes the parking is a little annoying and the hallways are really noisy but it’s nothing to write home to mom about. My BIGGEST complaint is that the water in the shower doesn’t get very hot at all. It’ll be hot for 2 minutes when it’s turned all the way over and then it will be lukewarm. :( which is a bummer. everything else is very nice.
