Coming up on our first week in our apartment and everything so far has been wonderful! The units are well kept, spacious, tons of storage closets, and very useful smart home features. The staff is also incredibly helpful and super friendly! Very pleased so far.

Its located right in Summerville just about 1 mile from I26. Takes about 45 mins to run into Charleston itself. The biggest problem is the traffic in the area, there is a lot on Alt17 which I am less than .5 mile from. The traffic on I26 going to Charleston can be problematic in spots and if you take I526 to Mt Pleasant or to bypass the Ravennal bridge you can hit massive traffic due to the port truck traffic on like 2 or 3 days a week. Overall the area is worth moving to and the cost wont destroy your budget.
